Congratulations to our good friend and colleague Jim McKay whose film En El Séptimo Día just received The Independent Spirit John Cassavetes Award (For best feature made under $500,000) in the 2019 Film Independent Spirit Awards. Many of you know Jim for his stellar and innovative work with R.E.M. over the years including the documentary TourFilm and videos for “Half A World Away,” & “Every Day Is Yours To Win.”
Congratulations are also in order to producers Alex Bach, Lindsey Cordero, Caroline Kaplan, and our very own Michael Stipe.
