R.E.M. has added seven European festival dates to their 2008 tour in support of ACCELERATE, set for release on April 1st.
The festival dates are as follows:

3rd: Belgium–Werchter Festival
5th: Spain–Bilbao Live â08 Festival
6th: Spain–Doctor Loft 05.00 Festival, Castello dâEmpuries,
(North Barcelona)
8th: France–Le Nuits de Fourvieres (Theatre Romain), Lyon
12th: Ireland–Oxegen, Dublin
13th: UK–T In The Park, Glasgow
AUGUST
16th: Hungary–Sziget Festival, Budapest
